It does not create, host, or store sexually explicit visual material. The graphics on this site are original brand and diagram assets, not depictions of real people. Because no such content is produced here, the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not attach to this site, and no such records are maintained.

Where adult content actually lives

The main page and the comparisons describe, and sometimes link to, third-party AI platforms. Where any of those platforms allow adult content, responsibility for compliance with § 2257 and any equivalent obligation rests with that platform and its operator, not with chubai.io. Each named platform maintains, or is required to maintain, its own compliance and its own records custodian. On Chub specifically, content is generated by whichever model a user connects, and the platform’s own rules, including its outright ban on content involving minors, are described on the main page.
